Hi,
I'm a systems admin for a high-performance research cluster where we have users that are using Stata.
Our users are looking to do longitudinal LCA using the plugin that is provided by Penn State: Latent Class Analysis (LCA) Stata Plugin (psu.edu)
Unfortunately, as with most clustered computing, our service is running a Linux OS, and as a result we can't use this plugin as it is only compatible with Windows. Has anyone encountered similar issues regarding LCA?
I have spoken to the Stata team, and they assure me that longitudinal LCA is a requested feature but is not available yet.
If anyone has any advice on this issue and in general regarding Windows based Stata plugins for Linux I would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Alister
