  • Interpret the binary variable coefficient in the OLS (panel data)

    Hello!

    Firstly, thank you very much for sharing useful information on the forum!

    And back to my question. I have built the OLS regression in which the dependent variable is the number of diseases (from 0 to 18), one of the independent variables is the gender of the respondent, where 0 is for woman, 1 is for man. The coefficient before this regressor is -0.4. How can it be interpreted?
