Why many commands do not work?

Hello dear stata community
I am kind of new to stata but I have been facing issues with many commands like xtoverid, xttest3, rhausman, prompt, winexec, etc. The message I get is command is unrecognized. I am using stata/SE 14.2 on windows 11 and searched for updates already but nothing has changed.
Would you help me with this please?

welcome to this forum.
Some of the commands you mentioned (say, -xtoverid-) are community contributed modules (as the FAQ kindly remind us to mention them).
In order to work properly, some of them need that other commmunity-contributed modules are installed.
In addition (and as per FAQ again), complaining that something does not work (often when contrasted against our expectations) is not that helpful for those interested to help you out.

Dear Mr. Lazzaro,
Thank you for your reply but I was not complaining, rather trying to understand the reason for this error message.
I did not know I had to read the FAQ before posting in this forum. Now that I read it I think I have a clear idea on how to ask questions here!
