Hello,
I have an individual-level cross-sectional data set for three years and want to perform a difference-in-difference analysis for a policy shock that took place in the second year. I wanted to match the treated and control individuals by similar characteristics before implementing DID.
I understand that propensity score matching might not be the most efficient for cross-sectional data. Is there any other way to do what I'm looking for?
