I am looking to run a hierarchical cluster analysis however I want to account for my missing data.
Hence I am looking to run either multiple imputation or full information maximum likelihood first to account for my missing data.
However I am not sure if Stata supports these methods with cluster analysis.
To my knowledge it seems like Stata only supports full information maximum likelihood as an option with the SEM command?
