Dear stata users,
I use the command project and it works mostly very well. I downloaded a new beta version from his website which has the option relax which allows to speed up the build when dealing with large files.
The dofiles and the project datasets are on my dropbox. I work on it mostly on my own but from different computers.
I encounter the following error when building the project :
(This part works)
project , do("Dofiles\bloc-2020\1_coverage.do")
project master_2020_thd > Skipping Dofiles/bloc-2020/1_coverage.do; no change in the 8 files linked to it.
(This part does not work)
project , do("Dofiles\bloc-2020\2_covariates.do")
"file D:/Dropbox/---/project_name_links.dta cannot be modified or erased; likely cause is read-only directory or file"
Do you know what causes this issue and how to solve it?
