Hello all,
I'm finishing up my master thesis and I received feedback that I should include something about endogeneity. However I'm not completely sure what to do.
My thesis is tests the relationship between stakeholder diversity in M&As and the effect of this on the voluntary managerial turnover. I used a normal datset (NO panel data) and calculated T0 as the starting poitn from the M&A date and 5 years after this date clustered as 1 variable.
I read some things about the Hausman test or 2SLS test but I don't know what to use and why.
Can somebody explain this to me and give me some advice on how to integrate this in my paper?
Kind regards.
Daan
