Installation splitsample in stata

Hi All,
splitsample command is not a type of ssc , so how could I install it into Stata ?

-splitsample- is an official Stata command; if you don't have it, that presumably means either (1) you do not have a current version of Stata (you are supposed to inform us if you have something other than the current version (16.1); or (2) your installation is corrupted; I would start with:

which splitsample

if you have the current version of Stata

My stata version is 15 so why it doesn't have that command

splitsample is a new command in Stata 16 (https://blog.stata.com/2019/06/26/stata-16-released/) and is not available in Stata 15.
