  • Can -stcox-* do multilevel analyses with one failure?

    Hi everybody,

Can -stcox- do multilevel analyses with one failure?; i.e., can -stcox- take the repeated covariate measures into the analyses (multilevel) or can -stcox- only take one wave of covariate measures?
Lets say, the failure is death; the covariates are temperature and medication, which are repeatedly measured; so I have repeated measures (panel) data and want to take covariate-measures from all waves.
I hope I am clear. Thank you in advance.

    Roberto:
you might be looking for a Cox model with shared frailty (see -shared()- option under -stcox-).
    Kind regards,

And cluster()? Is this also taking multilevel into account?

          Roberto:
-cluster()- option for -stcox- can be wisely invoked whenever you suspect a
