But you can certainly correct this, as the HORA values hold the date and time. So please do what I and William ask for (drop and retry). And be accurate in your answers: if /you/ do (or did) a computation, tell us so (and which one /exactly/), if you didn't, don't try to guess what someone else did: it can only add to the confusion.

Apparently, there is no point keeping asking why your results are wrong, since you don't know were they come from nor how they were computed. So restart from scratch from the HORA* timestamps, which are apparently correct (date /and/ time together). Drop the tpo* variable, and compute them again, with the correct formulas on the correct variables. And post the results.

Just to add: from the first few lines in the example provided it seems intervals are fine for Admission to Triage (tpo_Adm_Tri) and Triage to Egreso (tpo_Tri_Egre), but wrong for tpo_Tri_Ate and tpo_Ate_Egre.
So its likely you just made a mistake in your calculations there.

Oh, and note theres a few negative values in your variable tpo_Ate_Egre , but some timestamps for the Egreso are also really earlier than the Atencion.
