I would like to create a calibration plot of my cox proportional hazard model. I ran goodness-of-fit tests using harrell's c concordance statistic and somers' D. Aside from the numbers I am wondering if there is a way to create a graphical presentation of my "goodness of fit" findings - ie. calibration plot.
