Sorry, but I can't usefully add to already vague comments in #14.

As I think I've mentioned I don't work in this field. My expertise is limited to knowing some of the Stata commands that can be useful. I don't work myself with your kind of data or analysis.

There is a context here that you don't have to supply but it's lacking. From your questions you could be anywhere between an undergraduate on a project to a researcher long past their doctorate. I don't know what is downstream of your work and who will be judging it.
