I am trying to calculate mean eGFR loss/year using joint model which uses both the longitudinal eGFR data and observed times to end-stage kidney disease.
The syntax looks as below. But I am not sure whether this is correct or not.
I would really appreciate if anyone may help me to correct the syntax.
