    Bob Kaufman Congrats - this book & set of icalc tools look fantastic.
    I read the preview chapters and was wondering whether the code for all the figures/tables are available in the supplementary files (do-files?), for example when we buy the book would we be able unlock the exact code on how you produced the graphs in Fig 7.7 (p270) -- there is a description of the commands in the book , but the actual commands are not given.

    Also, I'm really fascinated by Figure 7.8 - does icalc produce this type of plot within Stata? (and again do supplementary materials provide code to reproduce this type of diagram within Stata?)


    Edit/update: I found the supplementary do file containing the examples for 7.7 and 7.8 mentioned above. Sorry I missed these earlier when DLing the program. I'm looking forward to digging into the book!
