Multivariate Analysis for Longitudinal Data

Hello all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to run a multivariate analysis on longitudinal data on stata? I found a command for mixed effects model for multivariate analysis (megenreg), but stata does not seem to recognize this command so I am not even sure if it is correct. Using the drop down menus lead me to multivariate analysis for cross-sectional data.
Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Much depends on what you call multivariate analysis. As explained here https://www.mjcrowther.co.uk/software/megenreg/ megenreg has been superseded by merlin, but both are community-contributed commands which must be installed by or for a user.

 
 ssc install merlin

They aren't bundled with whatever you installed from StataCorp.
