County level income and Gini Index data

I was wondering where I can find county-level data of income and Gini index? Or the individual wage data with county information. I have check the CPS and found that 65% of the observations do not have county information. And there is no data for many counties.

Your question is not really about Stata. This is an international list so I don't know what country you want. The US Census Bureau has tons of data much of which is at the county level. I'm not sure who would have income. If you find a paper that has used such data, it should tell you where it got the data.
