Panel data Iv regression with binary outcome variables

I have panel data set for three years and I am using IV method for analysis. Which is the best approach to do this? And if I am using ivprobit model, since my outcomes are binary, am I correct? If yes, How can I find margins in that?
Also, my endogenous variables are binary.
