  • Publication quality regression table, standard errors next to coefficient

    Dear all,
I've been toying around with the esttab command, but I did not manage to achieve a convincing result.

Basically, what I want is the standard error to appear next to the coefficient in the same row with a small gap in between.

    E.g.:
    0.23 (1.2)
    0.24* (0.002)

However, the options nocell or wide do not really do the job.

    Any suggestions?

    Kind regards

outreg2 will give you sidewise and I think it will do the standard error with the parenthesis, but I don't think it goes in the same column.
