Weighted Youden Index
Dear Experts,
I am trying to obtain the best cutpoint for a total test score (continuous) to predict the delinquency (1,0). For this, I am trying to obtain the best cutpoint (using Youden Index) with customized weights. I could get Youden Index using cutpt command but I don't how to weight the sensitivity and specificity. Would you please guide me how to perform this with a few line of codes?
