Hi I have a question regarding bar graphs

I would like to stack 6 variables into two different bars (3 variables per bar) and then group them over another variable.
Is that possible?

I'm analyzing the care demand of individuals. I have data for two different time points (Hospital & at home). The care demand is grouped into the domains: self-care, respiration and mobility.
The care demand was measured as: hours of care provided per week and is therefore a numeric value. I would like to stack the mean values of the care Domains (self-care, respiration and mobility) for the two time points separatly.
And then I'd would like to group them over a categorical variable (age groups of lesion level)
