How can I organize command for a vector in the parametric translog specification

I am trying to use Stata 15.0 to do the stochastic frontier analysis. And I employ a similar equation as follow:
However, as the author said Pi is a vector of input prices, which contains three variables. I feel confused about how to write correct command in this step.
