Export of output from mchange / mtable commands

Dear all,

I am working with an ordinal model and therefor using the m* commands from Long, Freese (2006, 2014) like mtable and mchange.
Altough I read both of their books and searched Statalist, I have not found a command to export the output of those commands to Excel or another program.
Is there a command or a way, respectively to do so?
