Cochrane Armitage analysis

I want to run Cochrane Armitage test in stata 11 but I cannot find the code online.

I would appreciate your help.

You can find reference to a command that computes it here. Scroll down until you find "Cochran–Armitage" mentioned. The FAQ refers to a user-written command that is probably old enough to run on Stata Release 11.
