Ordinal dependent variable, and ordinal (or binary) endogenous regressor. Command?

Hi,

I have a model in which the dependent variable Y is ordinal, and I also have an endogenous independent variable X, for which I have found an instrument Z. I was wondering whether there is a command -similar to 2SLS- for estimating the model. In case there is not, is something for binary variables?
