Exploratory Factor Analysis for Complex Survey Data

Hello,
I am working with complex survey data that has probability and replicate weights. Is there a way to account for these weights when conducting exploratory factor analysis and does it even matter whether they are included or not, as long as any factors obtained in the process are then used in regression analysis that takes into account the complex survey structure (via svyset)? The factor analysis procedure does allow weights. Whether weights make a difference depends on the data - does the factor structure vary across weights.

Many on this list might be more inclined to a confirmatory factor analysis and SEM rather than exploratory factor analysis and regression.
