Perhaps you will find the Stata .ado igenerate and its documentation to be helpful (available from http://www.ru.nl/sociology/mt/wec/downloads/ - or directly via http://www.ru.nl/publish/pages/755177/stata_ado.zip ). It is the product of a currently ongoing project by Te Grotenhuis, Pelzer, Schmidt-Catran, Nieuwenhuis, Konig and Eisinga, see also http://www.schmidt-catran.de/WIP.html .
The "guidelines" mentioned in the documentation of the .ado seem to be unavailable (yet), but it may help to work yourself through the example. It is not that I could give you more advice than this - you have to study the materials by yourself.Last edited by Dirk Enzmann; 27 Mar 2016, 12:46.Comment
