I am using the commands lclogit and lclogitml (which incorporates gllamm into lclogit) to analyze data from a choice experiment using a latent class model. I want to obtain estimates of willingness to pay with confidence intervals. From what I've seen, the Krinsky Robb approach is the most commonly used method to do this. Apparently the command wtpkicr will do this for logit and probit commands but it doesn't appear to work with lclogit. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can obtain Krinsky Robb estimates of WTP from results produced with lclogit?
