Help Opening CPS March NBER`s data

Hello everyone!

Desperately need help for my thesis!
I don't understand how to open NBER`s data in stata.
Something goes wrong, every time I tried..
Have to use NBER, because I need to recreate some work..
Also, I need the unprocessed cps data, so I`ll be able
to calculate the US Gini coef.

Can someone, please, teach me how to do it?

Welcome to Statalist. Please review the FAQ and then tell us which dataset you downloaded, what you tried and what goes wrong. The link in your post is not the download page for CPS data. Here is an excerpt from section 12 of the FAQ:

Say exactly what you typed and exactly what Stata typed (or did) in response. N.B. exactly! [...]

One thing you could try is use data from another source, for example the CEPR data website. March CPS data can be found here: http://ceprdata.org/cps-uniform-data...arch-cps-data/
