Strange frame format for a post with link to Stack Overflow

The question is in a frame with two parts.

On the left is a graphic with text "-1 down vote", and a link under text "favorite". The link is to:

Going to the link shows the question was withdrawn. there

The post was cross-posted as you say, and the cross-posting was a rather literal copy and paste exposing a single downvote the post had received at the time it was copied on Stack Overflow and some other stuff. On deleting the question the downvote would have been reversed.
