  • Probit Model

Hi! I am conducting a study. This is about household switching to HD services. I have 380 respondents and 26 of them have said they have not switched to cable service. So, in the data, 1 means they have already changed to HD services, 0 if not. Would this create a problem or bias in my model?

Another question, I am having problems in interpreting an ln variable in my probit model. The dy/dx at the mean is 0.0030.How can I interpret its marginal effects? I also used the odds ratio for my discrete and continuous variables. How would I interpret it?

    Thanks in advance!
