Reporting Respondent Inconsistency

Hello Stata Community!!

I am desperately trying to figure out how to program Stata, so that it will tell me the number of times a survey respondent indicated that they were never diagnosed with a health problem, when they reported in an early time that they had been diagnosed. (1= Yes Diagnosed & 0= No Diagnosis). I have tried different methods, but none of them have worked so far.

Year 11 12 13
resp1 0 1 1 (0 inaccuracies reported)
resp2 1 0 1 (1 inaccuracy reported)
resp3 1 0 0 (2 inaccuracies reported)
