Hi Listers,
I have a measure which was collected at baseline and 2 weeks later and I am interested in assessing the test-retest reliability across these two time points:
Having rehsaped the data into a long format I used the following command:
icc23 QPRintra time id, model(3)
the output offers me two ICC values; one which indicates the reliability of the observations and the other which assess the reliability of the mean.
I am inclined to use the first one for the purpose of my question but I am not 100% sure... I'd be grateful if you could shade some light on the main difference between these two measures.
Thanks,
Fran
