Hi Stata Users

I'm trying to run a spatial hedonic price model for real estate. I'm using the (Pisati, 2012 - Command) - SPATREG for a lag and error spatial model. However when I put the command:

spatreg rppha onion mixed cattle caudalm3s slope5 fire flood nroad proad intake power sewer waterpomp bedrooms houseage builtarea woodfloor distancecbd distancelake abobe eigenval(eigen) model(lag)

I got the messages: factor variables and time-series operators not allowed

Could you please give me a hand with this issue?

The problem could just be that a comma is needed before option choices.
