My question may appear as fairly simple but I have not found a proper solution yet; I have a strongly balanced dataset with countries and 14 years of data per country.
These countries are divided in 4 sets according to their level of GDP.
Ultimately, I would like to calculate the yearly growth rate of GDP per each of these 4 sets - see the illustrative eample below:
Year Set 1 Set 2 [...]
2000 Growth
2001 Growth
[...] [...]
2014
Does anybody know whether there is an easy and/or fairly quick way to do so with stata?
