Average Treatment Effect in Panel Data

What is the appropriate method to calculate average treatment effect (an endogenous treatment-regression model, an endogenous binary-variable model or an endogenous dummy-variable model) in panel data when the dependent variable in Not binary. The current commands are for cross-sectional data. (teffects, etregress, eteffects,, etc.)
