Power Calculations for Cluster Quasi Experimental Design

Hi all,

I'm having some difficulty since this is NOT a randomized control trial (RCT) and cannot use clustersampsi.

Here is a little bit of background:
2-arms, 10 clusters within each arm, 30 observations in each cluster
rho(0.01)

Previous studies indicate comparison mean(sd) to be 70(30) and experimental mean(sd) to be 75(25).

I'm pretty sure I have all the information I need, but cannot figure out the code within Stata. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
