I am trying to use a caliper-based nearest-neighbor match method. I want to match public and private firms which is closest in size and operates in the same industry.
I want to include a requirement,which says that the ratio of their total assets has to be less than 2. (MAX(Total assets public,Total assets private)/MIN(Total Asset public,Total asset Private)<2)
Can someone please help me with the code?
