There is a bug in this forum which can be replicated with the following steps:

1. create any message, add a trivial tag (trivial = "R" in my case)
2. post
3. get a message saying that the trivial tag is not permitted and you need to edit the message
4. remove the trivial tag, add another tag, change something in the message body
5. wait for 20 seconds
6. post

Actual result: both posts in step #2 and step #6 appear in the forum.
Expected result: only one message appears in the forum, the one with edits at step 6.
Alternative expected result: error message does not suggest to edit the message - it gets posted without the trivial tag.

Given that there is no way to delete even own messages, this is rather inconvenient. Perhaps trivial tags should be denied to be added to the tags list right away, without waiting for the POST button.
