Visualizing data in pre- post- study.. How to best do this with Stata.
Hi Everyone,
I'm having some trouble getting started with analyzing my dataset and could use some help. First off I want to compare participant responses based on a set of survey questions. Currently each survey question has it's own variable name and participants responded based on a Likert scale. In stata I organized the two datasets (for baseline and post intervention responses) vertically. The baseline responses are displayed above the final responses since all of the survey variable names pre- and post- intervention are the same.
I want to look at only a set of variables (pertaining to a specific set of survey questions), for the participants at baseline and at final. I want to see a line for each participant (one color for baseline and one color for final) to see how their responses overlapped or changed across those set of survey questions. Is this the best way to visualize the change in survey response each response?
What would you suggest?
